Signal architecture

High-throughput financial intelligence, rendered in real time.

A stepped elevation field standing in for the systems behind the work: multi-asset liquidity, algorithmic models and execution signals, quantised into three tones. Move across it to send a ripple through the grid.

Selected work

Executive roles that show the range: a copy-trading platform built to European regulatory standards, fractional private equity structured across jurisdictions, and the distribution network of a European FX and CFD federation.

Track record

What the work added up to

  1. Led a family office's investment in leading companies such as Anthropic, at a valuation of around $5 billion.

  2. Co-invented a copy-trading platform operating in compliance with European regulations.

  3. Helped build and grow SIBC GmbH into the largest introducing-broker company in the DACH region.

  4. Helped establish and develop multiple FX brokerage firms, among them BlueSuisse.

  5. Drafted a regulatory framework for asset management in FX and CFD trading.

  6. Advisor to Rechtsanwalt Sascha Müller on financial and crypto institutions.

How I work

When people bring me in

The work starts with a situation, not a feature list. Software is cheap now. A product that holds up in front of a regulator, a counterparty and an auditor is not.

  1. 01

The product is ready. Compliance is not.

    Compliance-first platform building
    • A regulatory-compliant ecosystem from the development phase on
    • Brand, website and platform technology built as one
    • Clients, strategy providers, brokers and asset managers on one platform
    See it at Copytrade Market
  2. 02

Capital wants pre-IPO exposure the structure can't deliver.

    Fractional capital engines
    • Fractional pre-IPO investments in small, customisable amounts
    • Structured through licensed partners across jurisdictions
    • Co-investing alongside leading private-equity funds
See it at GS Private Equity
  3. 03

A distribution network has to grow across borders.

    Distribution & partnerships
    • Affiliate and introducing-broker partnerships grown internationally
    • Copy-trading SaaS, white-label brokerage and liquidity under one roof
    • Teams recruited, trained and led for a specialist niche
    See it at SIBC
  4. 04

A new brokerage needs a structure before its first client.

    Brokerage establishment
    • Establishment and business development of FX brokerage firms, such as BlueSuisse
    • A regulatory framework for asset management in FX and CFD trading
    • Working knowledge of financial and crypto institutions, also for legal counsel

How I think

The regulation-to-code shift

01

For years, compliance and code lived in different rooms.

Two rooms. The lawyers wrote the application. The developers wrote the platform. Each side handed the other a document and hoped the translation held. When the auditor arrived, the gap between the two was where the findings lived.

02

Building a platform to European regulatory standards closed that gap.

One room.Compliance became a property of the engine: risk tiers in the matching logic, liability protection in the replication path, audit trails as first-class data. The regulator's questions were answered by the architecture, not by a binder.

03

Deciding what not to build is still the whole job.

Software is cheap now. A compliant product is not.Anyone can ship a feature in a week. What takes a decade across distribution, regulation and capital is knowing which feature turns compliance into a liability, and saying no to it before it is written.

Automated products

Products that run themselves

Built for my own use first, then automated end to end. No team to manage and no sales process: usage is the marketing, and the products maintain themselves.

    Contact

    Board, advisory and mandate enquiries.

Open to board appointments, advisory seats and mandates where regulation, capital and software overlap: a platform that needs a path to regulatory compliance, a capital product that needs a structure, a holding that needs someone who has run one within European regulatory frameworks.

Send a few sentences about the mandate and the situation behind it. The first conversation is diagnosis, not a pitch. Based in Berlin, working across Europe and beyond.
